1. Counsellor
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in Psychology or Social Work from a recognized university.
- Fluent in speaking and writing Hindi and English.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology/Social Work with experience in tobacco-related work.
- Fluency in Assamese, Bengali or other languages of Northeast India will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit: 18–38 years
Salary: ₹25,000/- per month (consolidated)
2. Supervisor
Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Work, Management or a related field from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience/Skills:
- 3–5 years of work experience in the health sector.
- Experience in tobacco-control issues and knowledge of national/international tobacco-control policies and health programmes will be preferred.
- Fluency in speaking and writing Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
Age Limit: 25–38 years
Salary: ₹30,000/- per month (consolidated)
