Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. Associate Director (On Contract):
- Qualification: CA holding ICAI membership OR B.Com / B.Tech / B.E with MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized University. Graduates with an Executive MBA / PGDM are also eligible.
For PSB / Public Sector FI candidates (PO / Scale I / II): Graduation in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
2. Associate Director (Estates, Services & Administration):
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. A relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
3. Sr. Associate (On Contract):
- Qualification: CA OR B.Tech / B.E with MBA or equivalent from a recognized University.
4. Senior Associate - Technical (Advance Chemistry Cell (ACC)) (On Contract):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering OR Master’s degree in Sciences / Technology / Engineering in a related discipline.
5. Senior Associate - Credit Risk Management (On Contract):
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / CA / CMA / CFA / Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Commerce.
6. Senior Associate - Credit Monitoring & Recovery (On Contract):
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / CA / CMA / CFA.
7. Senior Associate (Estates, Services & Administration) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline. A relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
8. Senior Associate (Human Resources) (On Contract):
- Qualification: PG Degree / Diploma in HR Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, OR MBA / PGDM with HR specialization. A degree or diploma in Law is preferred.
9. Senior Associate - Technical (Electronic Component Manufacturing Scheme) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation. Additional qualification of MBA (Finance) is preferred.
10. Sr. Associate - Technical (Chemical & Petrochemical Sector) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent.
11. Senior Associate (Technical) (Infrastructure Projects) (On Contract):
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
