Eligibility Criteria
1. Accounts Officer (Fixed Term Contract Basis)
- No. of Post: 1
- Educational Qualification: CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) pass with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintaining accounts and financial management. Experience in Government, PSU, Society, Trust, or Project-based organizations will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.
- Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- per month.
2. Advisor (Various Disciplines)
- No. of Posts: 5 (Boiler Operation: 2, Operation – ETP: 1, Operation – Nitrogen Plant: 1, Operation – DM Plant: 1)
- Educational Qualification: Retired Officers or experienced professionals with B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) / B.Sc / Diploma in Engg.
- Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of experience in operating the specific plant for which the Advisor is proposed to be engaged. Officers superannuating from CPSUs should have superannuated from Grade ‘C’ / ‘D’ / ‘E’.
- Special Requirement: For Advisor (Boiler-Operation), the candidate must possess Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification.
- Upper Age Limit: Maximum 65 years of age as on the cut-off date.
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,25,000/- per month.
