Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must be superannuated scientists, engineers, professionals, and managers/executives fulfilling the following conditions:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor's and Post-Graduate degrees in the related discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Ph.D. Degree: Possession of a Ph.D. degree is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Skill Set: Skilled professionals with significant domain knowledge in their respective field.
- Exclusion: Professor of Practice positions are not open for candidates belonging to the teaching profession (serving or retired).
- Experience Required: Minimum 20 years of experience in any of the following:
- Reputed industries
- Central Govt. / State Govt. Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) organizations
- Research and development organizations
- Professional councils and statutory bodies
- Overseas research industrial organizations
- Honorarium: Rs. 1,20,000/- per month.
