1. Environment Expert
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Biodiversity Conservation or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in linear infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, hill roads, slope stabilization, drainage improvement or climate/disaster-resilient infrastructure.
2. Social Expert
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology or Social Work.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the related social sector.
3. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Expert
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or another relevant discipline.
A Master’s degree/PG Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Disaster Risk Management or a related field is preferred. Recognized professional qualifications such as Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH may also be considered.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction or linear infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, viaducts, hill roads, railways or large civil works.
Experience in projects funded by World Bank, ADB, AIIB, JICA or other multilateral development institutions will be preferred.
4. Biodiversity Specialist
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Wildlife Management, Biodiversity Conservation or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in biodiversity assessment, conservation planning, monitoring or related work in development projects.
