Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Manager (Branch Management):
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates should have 3 years of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank or Scheduled Private Sector Bank, of which at least 2 years should be in Branch Banking. Experience as Scale I Branch Head will be preferred.
2. Manager (IT):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT from a Government recognized University/Institution. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT.
3. Manager (Information Security):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the above disciplines. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
4. Manager (Information Security Audit):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or Cyber Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the above disciplines/MCA. Minimum 2 years of experience.
5. Senior Manager (IT):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in IT.
6. Senior Manager (Information Security):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the above disciplines. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience.
7. Senior Manager (Information Security Audit):

11. Manager (Credit):
Bachelor’s degree with MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/Master of Management Studies (Finance), or Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost Management Accountant (CMA). Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
12. Senior Manager (Credit):
Bachelor’s degree with MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/Master of Management Studies (Finance), or Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost Management Accountant (CMA). Minimum 6 years of post-qualification work experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
13. Senior Manager (Risk):
Graduation in any discipline and MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/PGDBF/Master of Financial Management (MFM)/Master of Finance and Control (MFC)/Master’s in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics, or Graduation in any discipline with Certification in Financial Risk Management from GARP, USA, or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience.
14. Assistant Manager (Security):
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent, along with a minimum 3-month certification course in Computer/Information Technology, or Computer Science as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards. The candidate should be a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of service in the rank of JCO in the Army/Navy/Air Force, or equivalent Inspector with minimum 5 years’ service in the rank of Sub Inspector and above in Paramilitary Forces, or Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector with minimum 5 years’ service in the rank of Sub Inspector and above.
