Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Administrative Officer (A-V):
For Direct Recruitment:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with six years’ experience in the field of Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.
OR
Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with four years’ experience in the field of Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.
Desirable: Diploma in Personnel/Financial/Purchase Management.
OR
MBA from a recognized University with one year of experience in the field of Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.
For Absorption:
Officers of Central/State Government, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on regular basis OR having five years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) and having experience in Administration/Personnel/Vigilance, along with the qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
2. Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-V:
For Direct Recruitment:
Three years’ Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT, or DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate.
Experience: Two years.
For Absorption:
Officers of Central/State Government, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on regular basis OR having three years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300), along with the qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
3. Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-IV:
For Direct Recruitment:
Three years’ Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT, or DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate.
Experience: One year.
For Absorption:
Officers of Central/State Government, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on regular basis OR having three years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-4 (Rs. 25,500–81,100), along with the qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
4. Assistant (A-II):
For Direct Recruitment:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Desirable: Six months’ certification course in Computer Operations.
For Absorption:
Officers of Central/State Government, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on regular basis OR having five years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-2 (Rs. 19,900–63,200), along with the qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
5. Office Attendant (S-I):
For Direct Recruitment:
Matriculate or equivalent.
Desirable: Knowledge of typing, computers and operating photocopying/fax machines, tea/coffee maker, etc.
