1. Skilled Worker (Electrical):
- ITI in Electrician from a recognized University/Institute with NCVT/SCVT certification.
- Electrical Workmen License issued by the Government of Assam.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
2. Skilled Worker (Library):
- Passed Higher Secondary (HS) / 10+2 examination from any recognized Board/Council.
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application of minimum 6 months duration.
