Eligibility Criteria

| Educational Qualification | Full-time Graduate or Diploma (any discipline) from an AICTE/UGC-recognized Institute, College, or University. |
| Experience | Minimum 25 years of permanent service in the upstream oil and gas sector, including 10 years in Well Services/Workover Rigs and 5 years of dedicated experience in Cased Hole/Well Services Fishing. |
| Retirement Requirement | Must have retired from the post of Deputy General Manager (Grade F) or an equivalent position in OIL, any Government organization, PSU, or Private Sector company. |
| Maximum Age | Not more than 63 years as on the last date of application. |
| Other Requirements | Working knowledge of OIL's operations, ability to work in multidisciplinary environments, and willingness to travel within operational areas. |
