| Secretary to Vice Chancellor | Graduate with 140 w.p.m. shorthand speed, 40 w.p.m. computer typing speed, Diploma in Computer Application, and minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Stenographer or Personal Secretary in a Government office or Government educational institution. |
