B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. |
| Experience |
Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction or project management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in urban infrastructure or multilateral development bank (MDB) funded projects. Experience of 3–5 years as a Water Supply Engineer in planning and execution is desirable. |

Maximum 45 years as on 1 January 2026. |
