Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Minimum Requirement: Higher Secondary (HS) Passed or Graduate from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience & Skills
Work History: Minimum 06 months of experience in a relevant field.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of marketing, with a strong preference for the Agriculture Sector.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Linguistic Requirement: Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mizo.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Operator for the NE-RACE Project, your duties will include:
Portal Management: Handling the help-desk, addressing user queries, and onboarding new buyers and sellers.
Lead Generation: Scouting for new buyers and performing regular follow-ups with existing clients.
Ground Support: Providing logistical assistance to buyers and support to farmers.
Event Management: Managing NERAMAC stalls at various events and exhibitions.
Reporting: Escalating critical matters to the Project Manager and maintaining detailed communication records.
