Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following three educational pathways:

Pathway 1: B.Sc. Chemistry + NCVT

• Degree: Full-time B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as a subject in any of the 3 years.

• Technical: Must have passed the NCVT examination in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) trade after completing the B.Sc. degree.

• Marks: Minimum 55% in the final year/last two semesters (50% for SC/ST).

Pathway 2: Diploma + BOAT Training

• Education: 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology. (HSC Science candidates with direct 2nd-year entry are also eligible).

• Technical: Successful completion of 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentice Act after passing the Diploma.

• Marks: Minimum 55% in the final year/last two semesters (50% for SC/ST).

Pathway 3: Sandwich Diploma

• Education: 4-year (8 Semesters) or 3.5-year (7 Semesters) full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology under the Sandwich Pattern.

• Marks: Minimum 55% in the final year/last two semesters (50% for SC/ST).
