Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (HS) Passed.

• Preferred: Graduate from a recognized University/Institute.

Language & Skill Requirements

Candidates must meet the specific language requirements for one of the two following vacancies:

1. Vacancy 1: Proficiency in English and Mizo.

2. Vacancy 2: Proficiency in English, Manipuri, and Nagamese.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant field (Agriculture marketing preferred).

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Key Job Roles

As part of the NE-RACE Project, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Portal Management: Addressing user queries and managing the help-desk portal.

• Buyer/Seller Onboarding: Onboarding new participants onto the NE desk portal and generating leads.

• Farmer Support: Providing logistical assistance to buyers and ground-level support to farmers.

• Lead Generation: Scouting for new buyers and following up with existing clients.

• Event Management: Managing NERAMAC stalls at various promotional events.

Selection Procedure: Walk-in Interview
