Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- First Class M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D. in any of the following disciplines:
- Food Engineering and Technology
- Food Technology
- Agribusiness Management and Food Technology
- Agriculture Process Engineering
- Bioprocess Engineering and its allied subjects.
- Minimum 2 years of research experience after Master's degree.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of research experience in Sohiong (Prunus nepalensis) fruit processing and value addition after Master's degree.
- Working experience in handling analytical equipment such as FTIR, DSC, Particle size analyzer, Spectrophotometric, Vacuum freeze dryer, and knowledge in FSSAI, etc.
- At least 4 research publications in Q1 SCI indexed journals.
