Eligibility & Experience Criteria

All candidates must possess a BE / B.Tech in the relevant discipline (Civil or Electrical) from a recognized university. The experience requirements vary by post:

1. Senior Engineers (15+ Years Experience)

• Requirement: Extensive experience in infrastructure development/management within Government bodies (CPWD, PWD, PSUs), autonomous organizations, or reputed private firms.

• Key Skills: Supervising estimates, bill processing, e-tendering, tender processing, and high-level site monitoring.

2. Principal Project Associates (8+ Years Experience)

• Requirement: Significant experience in civil construction or electrical works within government or private sectors/reputed builders.

3. Senior Project Associates (4+ Years Experience)

• Requirement: Mid-level experience in construction or electrical infrastructure projects.

4. Project Associate-II (2+ Years Experience)

• Requirement: Entry-level professional experience in construction or electrical works.
