Assam Career : Assam University Silchar is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DBT-funded research project titled “Development of highly sensitive diagnostic kit for malaria with zero false positives”. The position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project, which is expected to continue for three years.
Established in 1994, Assam University is a central university located in Dargakona, about 20 km from Silchar, Assam. Spread across a sprawling 600-acre campus, it serves as an academic hub for the districts of Cachar, Karimganj, Hailakandi, Dima Hasao, and Karbi Anglong.
