Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Professor should fulfil the following educational requirements:
A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the concerned, relevant or allied subject from a recognized Indian University.
Candidates must have qualified UGC NET, CSIR NET, SLET or SET, as applicable.
Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the applicable UGC Regulations may be exempted from the NET/SET/SLET requirement.
A Ph.D. degree awarded by a foreign university/institution ranked among the top 500 in the World University Ranking by QS, THE or ARWU may also be considered as per the prescribed conditions.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive ₹80,000 per month.
No other allowances will be admissible for this contractual position.
