Educational Qualification
1. Animal Sciences and Biotechnology
M.Sc. in Life Science with specialization in Animal Science / Zoology / Biotechnology.
Ph.D. in the area of Animal Sciences with experience in molecular techniques.
Publication in the relevant area.
2. Microbial Biotechnology and Biochemistry
M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology.
Ph.D. in the area of Microbiology / Biotechnology.
Publication in the relevant area.
General Eligibility
Candidates must satisfy either of the following:
A. Ph.D. in the advertised area of subject/specialization with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the preceding Master's degree in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. The Ph.D. must comply with the applicable UGC regulations.
OR
B. Ph.D. from a foreign university/institution ranked among the top 500 in the World University Ranking by QS, Times Higher Education (THE), or ARWU at any time.
Salary
₹80,000 per month (fixed)
No other allowances are admissible.
