Educational Qualification & Experience
Civil: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks. Minimum 3 years' relevant post-qualification executive experience.
Electrical: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant Electrical disciplines with minimum 65% marks and 3 years' relevant experience.
Mechanical: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks and 3 years' relevant experience.
Human Resource: Graduate + 2-year full-time PG qualification in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or MBA-HR with minimum 65% marks and 3 years' relevant experience.
Finance: Qualified CA/CMA with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience, excluding articleship.
Safety: Engineering degree with relevant Industrial Safety qualification/certification and minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
CSR: Relevant PG degree/diploma/programme, MSW, MBA or Engineering degree with minimum 65% marks and 3 years' relevant experience.
Rajbhasha: Relevant Master's degree with the specified Hindi/English language qualifications and 3 years' relevant translation/terminology experience.
For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks specified for the relevant disciplines are generally 55%.
