Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should have passed at least Matriculation (Class 10) and should have:
Good overall comprehension ability.
A willingness and mindset to assist needy people in society.
Compassion, empathy and concern for the upliftment of marginalized and weaker sections of society.
Preference may be given to candidates who do not primarily depend on income from PLV services and are genuinely willing to assist needy persons.
Candidates having the following skills may also be preferred:
Proficiency in driving four-wheelers.
Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications.
Age Limit
The minimum age for selection as Para Legal Volunteer is 21 years as on the date of the notice.
Honorarium
The work of Para Legal Volunteers does not carry any fixed salary, remuneration or wages.
PLVs will receive honorarium as fixed from time to time under the applicable rules.
