The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati, Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) on a purely contractual basis under the ICMR-NIRT project titled “Multi-centric Parallel arm Randomized Clinical trial to improve treatment outcomes among persons with drug sensitive pulmonary TB treated with 4 or 6 months of High dose Rifampicin containing regimens with or without Levofloxacin (PRaCTISe-HR Trial)”.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess either:
First-Class Post-Graduate (PG) Degree or integrated PG degree in relevant non-medical disciplines such as:
Clinical Research
Pharmacology
Biotechnology
Life Sciences
Biochemistry
Nutrition
Public Health
OR
Second-Class PG Degree with Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Desirable Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates having:
3 years of post-eligibility experience
Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification
Previous research experience, including publications/presentations
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
Fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese
