• Specialization Rule: Out of the total experience, at least 3 years must be dedicated to high-rise building construction projects.

2. Assistant Engineer (Civil)

Candidates can qualify for this position through one of two distinct professional pathways:

• Pathway A (Degree Holders): First Class B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction activities (including at least 3 years in high-rise buildings).

• Pathway B (Diploma Holders): First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction activities (including at least 5 years in high-rise buildings).

• Core Technical Competencies (Mandatory for both pathways):

• Practical execution and on-site supervision of construction works strictly as per CPWD Works Manuals.

• Strong working knowledge of day-to-day civil maintenance and routine repair works.

• Proficiency in handling AutoCAD and other standard civil engineering design software.
