Eligibility Criteria
All positions require a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree and a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience.
Technical Disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials)
Educational Qualification: Full-time Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical, as per discipline) from a recognized University.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a recognized industrial or engineering setup.
Human Resources (HR)
Educational Qualification: Two-year Master’s Degree/Diploma in any of the following:
Business Administration (MBA) with HR specialization.
Social Work (MSW) with Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/IR specialization.
Personnel Management / Human Resource Management.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR functions, industrial relations, or personnel management.
