Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Degree: Full-time (4 years) regular B.E. (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil) degree.
Preference: Candidates from Institutes of National Importance (IITs, NITs, etc.) identified by the Ministry of Education.
Desirable: Post-graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management.
Professional Experience
The required experience must be post-qualification and focused on construction sites, preferably within an industrial plant setting.
Manager (Civil): Minimum 9 years of Civil construction experience (excluding Structural Steel & Roads).
Senior Manager (Civil): Minimum 13 years of Civil construction experience (excluding Structural Steel & Roads).
