• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks: * General Category: 50% marks.

  • SC / ST / OBC Categories: 45% marks.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience is required.

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

The Programme Associate will be at the forefront of rural transformation, managing various community-led initiatives.

• Institution Building: Forming and strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Village Organizations (VO), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

• Livelihood Promotion: Promoting scientific methods like the System of Rice Intensification (SRI), Nutrition Gardens, and scientific rearing of goats, pigs, and poultry.

• Financial Inclusion: Facilitating credit linkages and monitoring revolving funds within community institutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Building links with government departments like Agriculture, Veterinary, Fishery, and Banks for resource convergence.

• Documentation: Maintaining stock registers, training data, and financial records, along with updating the SeSTA MIS system.
