Eligibility Criteria
Management Support Associate (MSA)
- No. of Posts: 30
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution. Working knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, spreadsheets, data entry, internet, and email.
- Desirable: Post-Graduation and/or relevant experience in office automation, data management, record digitization, Government or PSU office work.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years. (Age calculation is considered as of the application start date, i.e., 23.10.2026).
- Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Selection Procedure
The selection process for the Management Support Associate posts comprises the following stages:
- Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Stage II: Typing Test (15 Mins) – Qualifying in nature.
- Stage III: Document and eligibility verification.
- Stage IV: Interview and/or functional proficiency assessment to be conducted by DGMA.
- Final Selection: Based on the approved merit methodology and fulfillment of all eligibility and contractual conditions.
