Eligibility Criteria
1. Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’
Essential Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Atmospheric Sciences, Meteorology, Earth Science, or Environmental Science.
Background: Must have an M.Sc. or MS in Physical/Atmospheric/Earth Sciences in First Class.
Desirable: Expertise in air quality modeling, climate modeling, parallel programming, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
2. Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’
Essential Education: M.E. / M.Tech in RF, Microwave, and Communication System Engineering (First Class with min. 60%).
Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (First Class with min. 65%).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PWD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India orders. The cut-off date for age calculation is the last date of application receipt.
