Eligibility Criteria
1. Lecturer (Physics)
Education: Full-time First Class Master’s degree in Physics. Candidates must have maintained First Class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Polytechnic or Engineering College.
2. Assistant Placement Consultant
Education & Experience: * Full-time Graduate in any discipline with 2 years of experience in placement/relevant area.
OR MBA (HRM/PM) with 1 year of experience in the relevant area.
3. Instructor (Skill Development)
Education & Experience:
Full-time First Class B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with 1 year of experience.
OR First Class Full-time Diploma (Appropriate branch / DPT / DPMT / PGD-PPT) with 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lecturers: Responsible for academic delivery, curriculum planning, and student assessment within the Science department.
Instructors: Hands-on training in skill development labs, focusing on plastic processing, testing, and tool room operations.
Placement Consultants: Managing industry-institute linkages, organizing campus interviews, and tracking student career progressions.
