Eligibility Criteria
Across all posts, a Degree (Graduation) from a recognized university is mandatory. A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management and regulatory certifications like NISM/IRDA are highly desirable.
1. AVP-II Group Head
Experience: Min. 10 years in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments.
Leadership: Must have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at the Regional Level for at least 5 years.
2. AVP-II Territory Head
Experience: Min. 6 years in Relationship Management in Wealth Management.
Leadership: At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Team Lead.
3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager
Experience: Min. 3 years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public, Private, or Foreign Banks, Broking firms, or Asset Management Companies.
4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)
Experience: Min. 3 years as a Relationship Manager or Investment Counsellor.
Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Investment Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
