Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Degree: Full-time regular Engineering degree in Chemical, Chemical Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
Marks: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Professional Experience
Duration: Minimum 25 years of post-qualification work experience.
Mandatory Background: The candidate must have previously held the post of Project Head, General Manager, Site Head, Plant Head, or Business Unit Head.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in executing large-scale Fertilizer, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects. Preference will be given to those with experience in Ammonia (Natural Gas-based) and Urea plants using international technologies.

The Vice President (Project) will oversee the entire lifecycle of the fertilizer complex:
Project Leadership: Driving the project from contract award to final commissioning and stabilization.
Strategy & Governance: Managing LSTK / EPC and Package Contract strategies and ensuring Site Execution Governance.
Oversight: Providing oversight for Project Management Consultants (PMC) and coordinating engineering activities.
Compliance: Handling regulatory and compliance coordination during the pre-project and development phases.
