Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications for all positions are strictly as per Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) norms:
PGTs: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.
TGTs: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the relevant subjects/aggregate and a B.Ed. degree. Preference is usually given to CTET Paper-II qualified candidates.
PRTs: Senior Secondary (Class 12) with 50% marks and a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/B.Ed). CTET Paper-I qualification is generally mandatory.
Balvatika Teachers: Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-school Education/Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed).
Special Educator: Graduation with B.Ed. (Special Education) or equivalent recognized by RCI.
Selection Procedure: Walk-in Interview
Eligible candidates must report directly to the school campus for the interview process. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
