Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
Specialization: Must be in Human Resources (HR) / HRD / HRM from a recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved institution.
2. Essential Experience:
For Manpower Planning: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources. Preference may be given to those with experience in the IT industry or BFSI sector.
For Learning & Development: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in HR or dedicated Training functions.
3. Preferred Certifications:
Candidates holding certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or HR Analytics may receive additional weightage during shortlisting.
Role & Responsibilities
These managerial roles involve high-level strategic planning within the bank's HR vertical.
AVP (Manpower Planning): Responsible for implementation of recruitment best practices, preparation of job descriptions for specialized roles, and managing the end-to-end onboarding processes.
AVP (Learning & Development): Tasked with creating training frameworks, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and implementing technological tools for upskilling the bank's workforce.
