Detailed Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria

1. Staff Nurse (64 Posts)

• Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) plus a Diploma in Oncology Nursing OR Basic / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Nursing Council. Must be eligible for state registration.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a 50-bedded hospital. Complete Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory.

2. Staff Nurse - Grade II (42 Posts)

• Qualification: GNM plus a Diploma in Oncology Nursing OR B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university. Must be eligible for registration with the Indian/State Nursing Council.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a 100-bedded hospital. Complete Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory.

3. Leading Fireman (03 Posts)

• Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent qualification.

• Technical Training: Must have completed Fire Training from a State Fire Service Academy OR hold a Diploma in Fire & Safety recognized by a Technical Education Board or State Government.

• Experience: 3 years of active working experience in any Industry, Hospital, or Hotel. Preference goes to those well-versed in Conventional/Addressable firefighting systems and suppression modules.

4. Attendant (10 Posts)

• Qualification: 10th standard (Matriculation) or equivalent pass from a recognized board.

5. Trade Helper (10 Posts)

• Qualification: 10th standard or equivalent pass from a recognized board.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment in Operation Theatres (OT), ICUs, Diagnostics services, Laboratories, or Engineering wings, alongside miscellaneous office works.

6. Clerk cum Telephone Operator (04 Posts)

• Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University alongside a certified Telephone Operator’s Course.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling exchange boards (preferably EPBAX) in a reputed Institute or Hospital. Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and the Local Assamese Language are required.
