A total of 16 vacant positions are available for the roles of Headmistress, Teacher, and Ayah. These appointments are purely on a temporary contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Headmistress (Female):
First Preference: Graduate with a Nursery Training Diploma from a recognized institution.
Second Preference: JBT, Trained Graduates, or Trained Post Graduates.
Experience: Mandatory minimum of five years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or primary school.
2. Teacher (Female):
First Preference: Graduate with a Nursery Training Diploma.
Second Preference: JBT, Trained Graduates, or Trained Post Graduates.
3. Ayah (Female):
Minimum Education: Must have passed Class V.
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience as an Ayah will be prioritized.
Understanding the Montessori Environment
Working at a Montessori school differs from traditional classroom settings. Staff members are expected to follow the "child-led" philosophy established by Dr. Maria Montessori.
For Teachers/Headmistress: The role is to act as a "Guide" rather than a lecturer, observing student development and introducing specific materials when a child is ready.
For Ayahs: Maintaining the "Prepared Environment"—ensuring the space is clean, orderly, and safe for young children to explore independently.
Selection Procedure & Walk-in Interview
Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview-cum-Selection Test. Candidates do not need to apply online or mail their applications in advance.
