Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Biotechnology from a recognized university.
Mandatory: Completion of a certificate course in Clinical Research.
2. Experience:
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in clinical research or a relevant medical field will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities of a Trial Coordinator
In this specific project, the Trial Coordinator will act as the bridge between researchers and patients undergoing radiotherapy.
Patient Screening: Assisting in distress screening and identifying participants for the randomized trial.
Data Management: Collecting and maintaining precise records of patient interventions and quality of life (QoL) metrics.
Compliance: Ensuring the trial is conducted as per Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and ethical standards.
Intervention Coordination: Facilitating personalized interventions for patients identified as being under high distress.
