Eligibility Criteria
1. Zonal Head (Retail)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification: Graduate from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management, Retail Banking or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
2. Regional Head (RH)
No. of Posts: 5
Qualification: Graduate from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably in Wealth Management with leading Public, Private or Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a large team of Relationship Managers or as a Team Lead, preferably in Wealth Management Firms or Asset Management Companies.
3. Relationship Manager-Team Lead
No. of Posts: 24
Qualification: Graduate from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably in Wealth Management with leading Public, Private or Foreign Banks, Broking or Security Firms, or Asset Management Companies.
4. Investment Specialist (IS)
No. of Posts: 9
Qualification: PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised College or University, or CA / CFA.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience as an Investment Advisor, Counsellor, Officer or as part of a Product Team in Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
5. Investment Officer (IO)
No. of Posts: 4
Qualification: PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised College or University, or CA / CFA.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience as an Investment Advisor, Counsellor, Officer or as part of a Product Team in Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
6. VP Wealth
No. of Posts: 91
Qualification: Graduate from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with leading Public, Private or Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
7. AVP Wealth
No. of Posts: 73
Qualification: Graduate from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with leading Public, Private or Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs. SBI Wealth CREs having 4 years of experience are also eligible as per the notification.
8. Group CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent disciplines with minimum 50% marks.
OR
MCA or M.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent disciplines from a recognised University or Institution.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology or Information Security in Banks, Large Corporates, PSUs, Financial Institutions, Financial Services Organisations or Financial and Technology Consulting Firms.
Out of the total experience, a minimum of 5 years should be in the core domain of Information Security, Cyber Security or Cyber Defence in Banks or Financial Institutions at Senior Management Level.
