Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. General Manager (Information Technology) [TEG Scale VII]:
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Experience: Officers in the Rank of DGM [TEG Scale VI] and above in Public Sector Banks with a minimum of 12 years’ post-qualification experience in IT Department, with current posting being in the IT Department.
2. Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) [TEG Scale VI]:
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
- Experience: Officers in the rank of AGM [SMG Scale V] and above in Public Sector Banks with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in HR Department, with current posting being in the HR Department.
3. Assistant General Manager (Accounts) [SMG Scale V]:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), out of which a minimum of 8 years’ experience must be in handling corporate taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, regulatory reporting, and related activities.
4. Manager (Human Resource) [MMG Scale III]:
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Housing Finance Companies / Non-Banking Financial Companies / All India Financial Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings.
5. Manager (Legal) [MMG Scale III]:
- Qualification: LLB / LLM.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Housing Finance Companies / Non-Banking Financial Companies / Law Firms in handling title investigation reports, property laws, SARFAESI, DRT, and recovery laws.
6. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary):
- Qualification: Graduate degree, along with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities / Public Sector Undertakings / entities listed on Stock Exchanges.
