Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University (SASU), Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Professor, Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO), and Librarian.
1. Professor in Sports Management / Management
No. of posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline along with the required teaching/research experience and research publications as prescribed by UGC norms.
Candidates may also qualify under the alternative category for outstanding professionals having a Ph.D. in the relevant/allied/applied discipline and significant professional contributions with the prescribed experience.
2. Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO)
No. of posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
OR
Comparable experience in research establishments and/or institutions of higher education.
OR
15 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
3. Librarian
No. of posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
At least 10 years’ experience as a Librarian at any level in a University Library, or 10 years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, or 10 years’ experience as a College Librarian.
Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration in a library.
Ph.D. in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation / Archives and Manuscript Keeping.
