| Educational Qualification | MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Agribusiness Management from a Government-recognized University. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in agricultural marketing (bulk/retail) and agri-inputs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Government, Semi-Government, PSU or Autonomous Organizations, especially in the Agri-Horticulture sector. |
| Computer Skills | Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and other computer applications with good communication skills. |
