| Educational Qualification | Preferably Graduate or equivalent degree/diploma from a recognized University or Institution in Assam. Candidates with HSSLC/10+2 and 2–5 years of experience in DEOCs may also apply. |
| Computer Knowledge | Minimum six months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application or proven experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet usage |
| Language | Fluency in spoken and written English |
| Age Limit | 21 to 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates will be applicable as per Government rules. |
