Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
Post-Graduate Degree in Social Work or any Social Science discipline from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience & Skills
Experience: Minimum 10 years in academic publishing, journal management, or copyediting.
Editorial Skills: Excellent command of English with a strong grasp of academic publishing ethics and plagiarism screening.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with peer review processes and manuscript handling systems.
Coordination: Ability to manage professional correspondence with international contributors and reviewers.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Consultant will provide comprehensive support across the journal's publication cycle, including:
Facilitating the timely processing of academic manuscripts.
Coordinating with authors, contributors, and peer reviewers.
Ensuring regular publication of journal issues and maintaining the journal’s aims and scope.
Managing administrative tasks related to publication databases.
