Eligibility Criteria

The judiciary has set specific educational and professional benchmarks for this role:

• Educational Qualification: * Minimum: Must have passed Class VIII (8th Standard).

  • Maximum: Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or higher are ineligible to apply. This post is strictly reserved for those with education below the Higher Secondary level.

• Driving License: Must hold a valid Professional Driving License for LMV (Light Motor Vehicle)/Four-wheelers.

• Experience: The license must have been held for at least 5 years as of the application date.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years of age. However, the upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per Assam Government norms:
