Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Performing Arts.
The candidate must have a specialized focus/background in Satriya Dance.
Preferred: Candidates who have cleared NET (National Eligibility Test) and/or hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field will be given preference during the selection process.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected faculty member will go beyond classroom teaching to ensure the holistic development of the department. Key duties include:
Departmental Management: Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Performing Arts Department.
Academic Administration: Assisting in admission processes, academic documentation, and institutional planning.
Examination & Evaluation: Conducting and supervising both theory and practical exams, as well as evaluating dissertations and student assignments.
Student Records: Maintaining up-to-date performance reports and academic progress tracking for all PG students.
