Eligibility Criteria (অৰ্হতা)
1. General Manager (HR & Admin)
Education: MBA in HRM or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in HRM/Personnel Management.
অৰ্হতা: এম.বি.এ (HRM) আৰু ১৫ বছৰৰ কৰ্ম অভিজ্ঞতা।
2. General Manager (Urban Reforms)
Education: MBA (IT/Marketing) or equivalent. Preferences for Public Policy/Urban Planning degrees.
Experience: 15 years overall experience in urban governance or project management. At least 5 years in leading technology/reform projects.
অৰ্হতা: এম.বি.এ (IT/Marketing) আৰু নগৰীয়া শাসন বা প্ৰকল্প পৰিচালনাত ১৫ বছৰৰ অভিজ্ঞতা।
3. Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
Education: 1st Class Graduate in Civil Engineering with Advanced Certification in Public Procurement.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in public procurement for the Govt. of Assam.
অৰ্হতা: চিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়াৰিং স্নাতক ডিগ্ৰী আৰু চৰকাৰী ক্ৰয় (Procurement) বিভাগত ৮ বছৰৰ অভিজ্ঞতা।
