| Individual Consultant: Field Engineer (Civil) | 12 | Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering | Degree: 12+ years; Diploma: 15+ years in high-rise building construction |
| Individual Consultant: Construction Supervisor (Civil) | 6 | Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering | Degree: 10+ years; Diploma: 12+ years in high-rise building construction |
