Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual or ad-hoc) in one of the following:

A Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), including full-time functional directors;
-
Central Government Group ‘A’ officers, Armed Forces, All India Services, or officers from Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies;

A State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) with an annual turnover of Rs.750 crore or more;
-
A Private Sector company with an annual turnover of Rs.750 crore or more (Preference for listed companies).
Qualification
-
Engineering Graduate from a recognized university/institution with a good academic record.

Desirable: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
Experience
-
Must have substantial technical/operational experience at a senior level in a large, reputable organization.

At least five years (within the last ten years) should be in major production units in Fertilizers, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals sectors.
