Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Care and Education, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
B.Ed. from a recognized university.
Preference: Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in pre-primary education from a recognized institution will be preferred.
2. Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead mission-mode initiatives.
Advantage: Prior experience specifically in early childhood care or education projects.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Role & Responsibilities
The Quality Expert is responsible for ensuring equitable learning outcomes and pedagogical excellence.
Pedagogy Development: Designing innovative teaching-learning materials (TLM) and strategies.
Quality Monitoring: Evaluating classroom transactions and periodic learning assessments (like Gunotsav).
Teacher Training: Assisting in capacity-building programs for educators across Assam.
